Acceptance

Using https://firestormcultivation.com or our retail locations means you confirm you are 21+ and accept these terms + the Maine OCP Title 28-B framework.

21+ only

This site and our stores serve adults 21 and over with valid government photo ID. Underage access is a federal + Maine state violation. We refuse service without ID, no exceptions.

Product information

THC, terpene, and cultivar data reflect third-party COA results per batch. Cannabis affects each person differently. We make no medical claims. Cannabis has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Pickup orders

Online order placement is a reservation, not a sale. Sale completes in-store after ID verification + payment. Cash or debit only. We do not accept credit cards due to federal banking restrictions.

Loyalty program

Points accrue per Maine OCP-compliant rules. Points never expire. Redemption is in-store only. Reward tiers can change with 30 days notice on this page.

Discounts + offers

Veterans + students require valid ID at register. Daily deals subject to inventory. Discounts do not stack on the same item — register applies one discount per transaction (loyalty redemption OR daily deal — whichever is bigger). Veteran discounts cannot combine with some loyalty redemptions.

Public consumption

Public consumption of cannabis is illegal in Maine. Do not consume on Firestorm premises. Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence.
